Starting on Tuesday, April 20, middle school and high school students in District 196 will be transitioning to an in-person four-day learning model.
The School Board made this decision on April 12. Now, students will be placed 3 feet apart instead of 6.
Students will attend school every day except Wednesday. On Wednesdays, there will be in-person support offered, and this also is a distance learning day. The current schedule remains the same, and online students will be able to join zoom sessions four days a week.
All students have the option of changing their learning model before the 16th. If a student does not wish to switch, then no action is required.
Hope everyone has a great first week of full in-person learning!
