Distance Learning Motivation Tips

Distance learning is upon us. Ever since distance learning started, we have been having a difficult time having motivation. So here are some tips to help you be motivated.

  • Have a healthy snack next to you.  Ditch the Doritos or any other junk food. Healthy food is brain food.
  • Walk around every 30 minutes. Sitting in one spot isn’t that good and walking can help you think things through.
  • Do some sort of physical activity early in the day so that you can be fresh and ready to learn. The physical activity doesn’t have to be extensive, a couple of jumping jacks will do.
  • Put your phone in a different room. Phones can be really distracting and can interfere with your work time.
  • Get some fresh air once in a while. You might feel cramped in your house.
  • Make a list of things you can cover today. Looking at all your work may seem overwhelming, so break it down and check things off as you go.
